  • 2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Boil water, add salt and Old Bay Seasoning, then cook shrimp until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooled shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Spread mixture into the prepared dish.
  4. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs. Spread over the shrimp mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 13-15 minutes until heated through. Broil for an additional minute for golden breadcrumbs.
