- 2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
- Boil water, add salt and Old Bay Seasoning, then cook shrimp until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix cooled shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Spread mixture into the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs. Spread over the shrimp mixture.
- Bake uncovered for about 13-15 minutes until heated through. Broil for an additional minute for golden breadcrumbs.
