Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Toss to coat.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha and lime juice until smooth.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the base, topping with shrimp and fresh veggies. Drizzle spicy mayo on top.
