  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small red or green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taco Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Adjust consistency with water if needed. Refrigerate.
