- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp black or white pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup apple juice or cider
- 4 tbsp butter, cubed
Instructions
- Pre-soak wood chips in water for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Pat the baby back ribs dry and remove the silver skin from the back.
- In a bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients and apply generously on both sides of the ribs.
