- 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
- 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Add sliced sausage, diced onion, and green bell pepper to the bowl; mix gently until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and dot the top with cubed butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
