Description

S’mores brownies are a delectable fusion of classic s’mores flavors and rich, fudgy brownies that will satisfy any sweet tooth. These irresistible treats feature a crunchy graham cracker crust, a dense chocolate brownie layer, and a fluffy, toasted marshmallow topping.


Ingredients

  • 12 full-size graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 heaping cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend graham crackers with sugar until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter and press into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour brownie batter over the cooled crust and bake for another 30-40 minutes until set.
  5. Switch to broil mode; sprinkle marshmallows on top and broil for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
