- 12–15 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 large egg
- Olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions

- Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
