  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • Olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and seasonings; mix well.
  4. Fill each shell with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish over marinara sauce.
  5. Top with remaining marinara and mozzarella; cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
