- 8–10 shrimp, deveined
- 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
- Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Optional: chili crisp or flakes, for heat
Instructions
- Marinate steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet; sear steak for 1 minute per side and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables in the same pan for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Add shrimp; cook until pink (2–3 minutes).
- Return steak to the pan along with cooked noodles and sauce; toss until heated through and coated.
- Serve hot with green onions as garnish.
