  • 1/3 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, whisk together 1/3 cup avocado oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, avocado, cheese, almonds, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss until well combined.
