- 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
- 6 oz. strawberry Jello
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
- Fresh blueberries and strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press firmly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix in Greek yogurt, fold in blueberries, and pour over the crust—refrigerate to set.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream and spread over blue layer.
- For the red layer, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer, then pour Jello mixture over strawberries—chill until set.
- Once set, top with remaining whipped cream and optional decorations before serving.
