  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh blueberries and strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press firmly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix in Greek yogurt, fold in blueberries, and pour over the crust—refrigerate to set.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream and spread over blue layer.
  4. For the red layer, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer, then pour Jello mixture over strawberries—chill until set.
  5. Once set, top with remaining whipped cream and optional decorations before serving.
