- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar/Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter and sauté onion for about 3-4 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and cream cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cream cheese melts.
