  • 1 bell pepper (half red, half green, sliced)
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Spices: garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice steak and vegetables thinly; set aside.
  2. Marinate steak in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the glaze by mixing soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar; set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, cook marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
