- 330 g powdered sugar (sifted)

- 1 tbsp whole milk (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, oil, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste.
- Fold the batter gently and divide it among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For frosting: Beat room temperature butter until creamy; gradually add sifted powdered sugar, vanilla paste, and milk until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes as desired.
