  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  2. Add lemon juice and maple syrup to the aquafaba, stirring gently.
  3. Use a stand mixer to whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes).
  4. Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped aquafaba using a spatula.
  6. Spoon the mixture into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving.
